Maulin Shah
Managing Attorney
Maulin is a patent attorney specializing in invalidity searching and patent valuation modeling, and he routinely assists clients with validity, infringement, patentability, and clearance opinions. In addition, Maulin has lectured at the NYU Stern School of Business on topics ranging from patent enforcement to IP licensing. Maulin is licensed in California and before the USPTO, and he is listed in the IAM Strategy 300 as one of the world’s leading IP strategists for 2015.

Maulin received dual BSc degrees in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, and a JD from the University of Florida College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude and served as an Editor of the Technology Law and Policy Journal.

Alex lee
Director of Research Services, Scientific Advisor
Alex manages Envision IP’s search and analysis group, and is responsible for client engagement.  Alex is a former patent examiner with the USPTO, where he worked in various telecommunications-related art units. After leaving the USPTO, Alex served as a consultant at IBM Global Technology Services.  Alex’s primary areas of focus are consumer electronics and software technologies.
Alex received a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
